We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership across our commercial brands in the UK and internationally as we expand. This role is all about driving quotes, sales, partner growth and brand visibility. If you thrive in a fast‑moving, performance‑driven environment and love turning insight into commercial impact, you’ll feel right at home.
Role Responsibilities
- Revenue & lead generation: Owning quote and sales targets across relevant regions, scale proven Brooks Braithwaite acquisition strategies into ROI, drive high-intent lead generation through digital and offline channels, improve conversion rates across both web and contact centre journeys.
- Market Expansion: Lead the rollout and growth of upcoming commercial product launches, localise campaigns, messaging and offers to the market, identify the fastest route to market (partners, directories, trade associations), test and scale channels quickly to establish traction.
- Commercial campaign management: Deliver multi-channel campaigns targeting groomers, pet shops, dog walkers and trainers, small holdings and rural businesses, execute phone-first and BDM-supported campaigns (not just digital), build strong, conversion-led offers and messaging.
- Partner & B2B Growth: Drive partner acquisition across all markets by supporting BDMs with lead generation, campaign activity and marketing collateral, build scalable partner pipelines.
- Performance & Optimisation: Own key metrics such as cost per quote, conversion rate, cost per acquisition and ROI by channel, analyse performance across the region and optimise accordingly, identify areas of high performance and scale quickly.
- Website and conversion optimisation: Improve landing pages and quote journeys for both brands, remove friction in quote and buy journeys to increase conversion, test messaging, layouts, and calls to action, ensure clear “Get a quote” and “Call now” pathways.
- Content & Messaging: Develop conversion-first marketing copy, use real-world scenarios, claims data, and pricing hooks, ensure messaging is locally relevant (UK vs Ireland nuances), maintain compliance with relevant regulations.

- Data‑driven mindset with a focus on ROI.
- Background in insurance or financial services.
