This role is perfect for you if you’re someone who understands how to align product positioning, sales enablement, and marketing strategy during times of change. You’ll play a key role in harmonising messaging, refreshing GTM strategies, and developing sales materials which both adjusts for existing portfolios, as well as creating pathways for cross-selling and upselling initiatives across the new, broader array of service offerings.
The solutions they provide cover a multitude of sectors, including FS, retail, legal, governments, hospitality and leisure, and includes managed services, cloud infrastructure, IT security, unified communications and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Unify Product Messaging – Develop clear, compelling value propositions that align multiple product and service portfolios.
- Sales Enablement – Create battlecards, objection-handling guides, sales decks, and marketing collateral to empower commercial teams.
- Go-To-Market Strategy – Refine and adapt GTM plans to maximise opportunities across the expanded offering.
- Market & Competitive Analysis – Conduct research to ensure strong market positioning and differentiation.
- Stakeholder & Agency Management – Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams while managing external partners.
- Marketing alignment post M&A Integration – Define and document best practices for bringing together product marketing strategies post-acquisition.
- Content & Campaign Development – Support content creation, webinars, and campaigns to drive customer engagement.
- Establish and document best practices – Create a set of guidelines and principles for product marketing strategies as a kind of ‘how to guide’ following any future M&A’s and required product integrations.

- Insight and Competitor Analysis – Able to leverage data and insights to create positioning, identify opportunities and translate them into informed decisions which enable you to help products stand out from crowded and competitive markets.
- Strategic & Hands-On – Comfortable setting high-level strategy while also executing on key initiatives.
Able to work in the UK unrestricted.
