Job Title: Marketing Manager – Fintech Job Title: Marketing Manager – Fintech Location: Altrincham Hybrid (3 days in-office) Salary: £40,000 £50,000 (DOE) Sector: Financial Services / Fintech Type: Full-Time | Permanent Be a Driving Force in a Marketing Transformation Were hiring a Senior B2B Marketing Manager to join a long-established financial services business at the start of a major strategic transformation. Backed by significant investment and new leadership, the business is building a modern, agile marketing function from the ground up. This is a high-impact role for someone with solid B2B experience across content, partnerships, and digital. Youll report directly to a fintech-experienced CMO and be one of the first hires in a newly forming senior team giving you the chance to shape marketing strategy and execution from day one. Your Core Focus Areas Youll play a central role in delivering core marketing activity across four key areas: Content Marketing Creating, editing, and managing engaging content across web, blog, email, and more Affiliate Marketing Managing existing affiliates and optimising performance Partnerships Management Supporting the design and rollout of a new partnerships programme targeting SME and SOHO customers CMS & Website Management Maintaining and updating the company website and ensuring best-in-class user experience What Were Looking For Why This Role Stands Out About The Company Ready to Apply?
