We're looking for a Marketing Executive who wants to make an impact; someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating content, and is excited to be part of a business that puts real human advice above AI. You'll be based in our Brighton office two days a week with the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create content for social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and printed materials
- Support and run multi-channel campaigns across digital and offline platforms
- Manage and grow social media channels (organic and paid)
- Help plan and promote in-person events and webinars
- Use analytics to track performance and optimise future campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a marketing role (digital and/or offline)
- A passion for connecting with consumers in an authentic, human way
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, and Mailchimp
- A self-starter attitude, eager to learn and grow
- Financial services experience is a bonus, not a must
