A leading law firm in Tunbridge Wells is looking for an experienced Real Estate Legal Secretary to join their busy team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist solicitors with all aspects of commercial property transactions, including drafting correspondence, preparing legal documents, and managing client communications.
  • Maintain accurate and organised legal files.
  • Arrange appointments, book meeting rooms, and coordinate your fee-earners' calendars.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently, redirecting as necessary and ensuring timely responses.
  • Provide general administrative support to the commercial property department, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

About You

  • You will be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and other relevant packages.
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a Real Estate team.
  • Proven experience with audio typing and document production.
  • You must possess high organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • You will be positive and professional.
