Are you a driven law graduate looking to launch your legal career in a Real Estate Finance team? Join a Top Tier firm known for its supportive culture and career development.

My client is looking to recruit two real estate finance paralegals to join their highly ranked team. You must be a law graduate, and ideally have completed or be due to start the LPC or SQE. The role has become available as 2 paralegals in the team are moving on to training contracts. The team is known for nurturing talent, with excellent opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents related to real estate finance.
  • Conducting research on real estate assets, titles, leases, and property reports.
  • Preparing and submitting documentation to Land Registry and Companies House, overseeing registrations.
  • Managing post-completion tasks such as consents, registrations, and finalising documents.
  • Conducting legal research on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communicating with clients for updates and information.
  • Providing administrative support, including system updates, Land Registry/SDLT processing, billing, and time recording.

About You

  • This role is ideal for a motivated law graduate interested in property law. If you\’re proactive, detail-focused, and eager to grow in a fast-paced legal team, we want to hear from you.
  • You should have some legal team experience, preferably in property law, but other areas are considered.
  • You will have strong academics and be willing to learn and develop.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Discretion and professionalism with confidential info.
