We are currently looking for a Control Room Operator to join our expanding team in Milton Keynes. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills. MUST have CCTV licence.
Whilst experience of working in a security environment is preferred, full training will be provided.

- Pro‑active, can‑do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Support the field operations team in delivering the overall service provision (e.g., if you are finding difficulties covering certain sites, please ring the relevant operations manager).
- Assist with coordinating the workforce scheduling up to 600 field‑based employees; all sites must be fully rostered four weeks in advance.
- Communicate schedules to all employees.
- Respond to telephone enquiries for schedule changes and updates.
- Prepare manpower availability records as required.
- Prepare reports using database information.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to incidents, always maintaining vigilance.
- Communicate/speak to customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure that any anti‑social behaviour or incident is dealt with effectively and timely and reported to the correct authorities (Police, etc.).
- Prepare and produce incident reports when required.
