We are currently looking for a Control Room Operator to join our expanding Team in Milton Keynes. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills. MUST have CCTV license. Whilst experience of working in a security environment is preferred, full training will be provided.

As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Support the field operations team in delivering the overall service provision
- Assist with coordinating the workforce scheduling up to 600 field-based employees, all sites must be fully rostered 4 weeks in advance
- Communicate schedules to all employees
- Respond to telephone enquiries for schedule changes and updates
- Prepare manpower availability records as required
- Prepare reports using database information
- Monitor CCTV Cameras and respond to incidents, always maintaining vigilance
- Communicate / speak to customers, providing excellent customer service
- Ensure that any anti-social behaviour/ incident is dealt with in an effective and timely manner and reported to the correct authorities (Police, etc.)
- Prepare and produce incident reports when required
- Keep note and log access control management system and book guards in on site (confirm shifts, etc.)
- Liaise with customers when required
