Due to recent growth within the business, we are looking to expand our Property Management Team. The successful candidate will have industry experience, specifically in social housing, be highly organised, have strong customer service skills, and be able to handle a varied, busy workload. You’ll manage a portfolio of local authority temporary accommodation properties end-to-end – from check-in to check-out, inspections to maintenance, and everything in between.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and routine inspections to keep standards high throughout the occupation
- Be the go-to contact for occupiers, landlords, and contractors
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance from quote to completion
- Own full compliance across your portfolio – Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, Fire Risk Assessments
- Keep records accurate and up to date
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Property management experience, ideally in temporary accommodation or local authority housing
- Solid knowledge of compliance requirements and relevant legislation
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Confident communicator who builds trusted relationships
