We’re a growing Temporary Accommodation provider looking to further expand across London and the Home Counties. We need a commercially driven professional who can open doors with London Boroughs and the Home Counties, secure TA contracts, and build the relationships that drive long-term growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role sits at the heart of our growth, winning new borough contracts, onboarding councils, and sourcing the accommodation they need. You will position us as a preferred TA housing provider, grow our borough coverage, and secure the contracts that drive our expansion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build and leverage relationships with London Boroughs and Home Counties TA and housing teams to position us as a preferred provider
  • Drive the full onboarding process, from first contact through to approval and live supply
  • Navigate TA procurement portals to secure placements
  • Negotiate competitive nightly rates and lease terms to maximise income and long-term stability
  • Monitor borough demand and align our supply strategy to meet it
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within council housing and procurement teams
  • Develop strategies to eliminate voids by lining up council or institutional tenants ahead of vacancy
  • Track and report on procurement activity, borough coverage, and revenue performance
  • Negotiate, renew, and restructure leases
  • Handle contract transitions, hand backs, and re-letting strategies
  • Build relationships with landlords to procure properties required

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven track record of securing TA contracts and onboarding with London Boroughs or Home Counties
  • Strong existing network within London Boroughs, or the ability to build one quickly
  • Experience with TA procurement
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills and a results-focused mindset
  • Confident working independently and taking ownership of targets
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Lettings legislation and compliance
  • Full UK driving licence
