Our GolfKings brand is looking to recruit an Operations Assistant to support their growing business. The role will be based in our office in Ayr. The primary responsibility will be interacting with customers to ensure that they are looked after throughout their booking journey. This will involve a variety of tasks including balance payments, queries, and amendments to existing bookings, ensuring API is passed to airlines, liaising with our resort partners regarding requests and providing a concierge style service to clients to offer ancillary products.
The ideal candidate should:
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong customer service skills
- Be enthusiastic, driven, and adaptable to a variety of roles
Essential details:
- Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm with the occasional requirement to work a Saturday 9am-5pm on a rota basis
- Proposed start date to be agreed
Tasks:
- Liaise with clients via email/phone with any queries regarding existing bookings
- Managing Customer Services Zendesk inboxes and diary
- Chase clients for API information then input into ISell and any relevant reservations system
- Provide our ground handlers with clients' flight details
- Send balance reminders/chase outstanding balances through reservation system
- Process balance payments made by telephone/bank transfer and send clients documentation
- Deal with schedule changes from airlines, update reservation and contact clients accordingly
- Contacting clients with pre travel calls to check for any changes, offer pre-booked seats and any other services they may require
- Liaise with sales agents on any booking/administration queries
- Deal with supplier payment queries as flagged, contacting suppliers to get invoices which match the system
- Contact clients upon their return from holiday to gain feedback to enhance the services we offer
- Acknowledge any complaints and action as appropriate
- Complete ticketing procedures for clients
