Brooklyn Recruitment is offering an exciting role as a Sales Advisor / Parts Advisor / Tool Sales Assistant in the Bolton area of Greater Manchester. The company sells products and spares to the tool hire, construction, plant and groundcare industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers face-to-face and via email or telephone.
- Liaise with suppliers.
- Operate suppliers’ systems to check parts and stock.
- Use the company’s internal systems.
- Demonstrate products to customers.
- Provide quotes.
- Take payments.
- Send service reminders.
- Update social media with offers and promotions.
- Pick and pack.
- Carry out inspections on machinery.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Ideally have held a similar position within the construction/plant/tool hire industry, or be extremely knowledgeable about different tools and products.
- Be computer literate.
- Have great communication skills.
