Payroll Clerk – Manufacturing – Cannock Brooklyn Recruitment currently have an exciting role available in the Cannock area for a Purchase Ledger Clerk / Payroll Clerk within the manufacturing sector. This company have an excellent working environment with the building being light, bright and clean. They have a total workforce of around 200 but this company still has a family friendly feel to it, where everyone is known by name and you even get your birthday off! As Purchase Ledger Clerk / Payroll Clerk / Accounts Assistant you will be: * Setting up new suppliers. * Running weekly and mothly payroll. * Distributing payslips. * Importing working hours. * Setting up new starters. * Entering supplier invoices. * Supplier statement reconciliation. * Dealing with EDI queries. * Ensuring delivery dates are adhered to. * Purchase return review. * Completing Payroll activities. * Escalating any issues to the Finance Manager. * Other duties as required.
