Brooklyn Recruitment are currently working with a well established yet rapidly expanding hand tool business. They are looking for a Key Account Executive / Key Account Manager / Internal Sales Executive to be office based in London (1 day a week could be from home).
As Key Account Executive / Key Account Manager / Internal Sales Executive you will be:
- Building relationships with large retail customers.
- Supporting National Account Directors.
- Preparing account reviews and presentations.
- Ensuring account records and pricing is kept up to date.
- Providing product advice.
- Drawing up proposals.
- Resolving any issues / complaints.
- Managing forecasts.
- Identifying growth areas.
- Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date.
- Other duties as required.
As Key Account Executive / Key Account Manager / Internal Sales Executive you will be rewarded with a generous salary and company bonus scheme, as well as a pension scheme, your birthday off, a day to use for volunteering and much more. To be suitable for this role of Key Account Executive / Key Account Manager / Internal Sales Executive you should have previous experience of working with large retail organisations, ideally from the Construction or DIY sectors, but all areas will be considered. You should also have great communication and organisational skills and have previously used a CRM system (they use NetSuite).
The hours of work are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm.
