Brooklyn Recruitment are currently working with a well established yet rapidly expanding hand tool business. They are looking for a Customer Experience Executive / Customer Service Advisor / Internal Sales Executive to be office based in London (1 day a week could be from home).
As a Customer Experience Executive / Customer Service Advisor / Internal Sales Executive you will be:
- Ensuring the customers receive a great service.
- Providing product advice.
- Issuing quotes and logging orders.
- Being the Customers’ sole point of contact.
- Ensuring the phones are answered and emails replied to in a timely manner.
- Resolving any issues / complaints.
- Upselling products and suggesting complimentary products.
- Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date.
- Other duties as required.
You will be rewarded with a generous salary and company bonus scheme, as well as a pension scheme, your birthday off, a day to use for volunteering and much more. The company also really believe in promoting their employees and so there are endless opportunities!
To be suitable for this role you should have previous customer service or sales experience ideally from the Construction or DIY sectors, but all areas will be considered. You should also have great communication and organisational skills and have previously used a CRM system (they use NetSuite).
