Brooklyn Recruitment currently have an exciting role available in the Warrington area for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established company who specialise in hygienic flooring. The company has a great team environment and everyone is really friendly. This role is a hybrid working position with 3 days being spent in the office and 2 at home.
As Estimator / Quantity Surveyor you will be:
- Reading drawings.
- Calculating the materials required.
- Costing the materials.
- Calculating the labour costs.
- Submitting complete tenders.
- Liaising with the sales team and builders.
- Once competent going out to do site surveys.
- Other duties as required.
To be suitable for the role of Estimator / Quantity Surveyor you should have experience of performing a similar role within a construction company or ideally a flooring company. You should have excellent communication, IT (including Excel) and maths skills. Applications will also be considered from candidates who have just completed a BTEC or NVQ.
In return for all of your hard work as Estimator / Quantity Surveyor you will be rewarded with a generous salary, a bonus scheme, a pension, death in service and a really friendly working environment.
