Production Operator in Brownhills

Production Operative – Team Leader – Manufacturing – Metal – Timber – Brownhills Brooklyn Recruitment are currently working with a manufacturer / servicing company of saw blades and tooling who are looking for a Production Operative / Team Leader. This company is based in the Brownhills area on the West Midlands / Staffordshire boarder. Although the site has a family feel to it, this company also has the backing of a larger group behind it. As Production Operative / Team Leader you will be using a range of fabrication machinery to include guillotines and butt welders. You will be running a separate unit from the main activity so will be leading the team comprising of yourself and one other, with this in mind you need to be a self motivated individual. To be suitable for this role of Production Operative / Team Leader you should have machine operation experience. Some team leading or mentoring experience would be a distinct advantage but is not essential. The hours are 8am – 4.30pm Mon – Fri. This is a great opportunity to join a stable yet expanding group.
