Brooklands Museum in Weybridge is seeking a Sous Chef to work with the Clubhouse Chef, delivering high-standard dishes across our Members Bar, Concorde lunches, conferences and event catering.
You'll manage stock, minimise waste, uphold our 5-star hygiene rating, train kitchen colleagues and help develop dishes with the Catering and Hospitality team, including organising the Members Bar when the Clubhouse Chef is away.
