You will lead a dynamic team to deliver high‑quality, curriculum‑linked learning experiences, grow our schools and community engagement, and champion the Brooklands Innovation Academy as a flagship STEM programme. This role is perfect for a creative, collaborative leader who is passionate about inspiring the next generation.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, develop and evaluate all schools and formal learning programmes
• Shape and grow the Brooklands Innovation Academy
• Oversee community, family and holiday engagement activities
• Manage and support the Learning & Engagement team
• Oversee budgets, targets and programme development
About You
• Experienced in museum, heritage or education‑based learning
• Skilled leader with strong communication and relationship‑building abilities
• Confident in curriculum-linked programme development, especially STEM
• Highly organised, creative and solutions‑focused
• Committed to inclusive, accessible and high‑quality learning experiences
