Brooklands Hotel is looking for a freelance Social Media & Digital Content Creator to produce high-quality, on-brand content that showcases our luxury hotel, dining, spa and meetings & events. This role combines social-first content creation with local digital marketing support, including managing our Google Business Profile to improve local visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Stories & Reels
• Capture content on-site across hotel spaces, rooms, dining, spa, meetings & events, events and experiences
• Edit short-form video content optimised for social platforms
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaigns
• Keep up to date with social trends, formats and best practices
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content planning

Local Digital Marketing

• Manage and optimise Google Business Profile listings
• Upload regular posts, imagery and updates to Google listings
• Ensure business information is accurate, current and on-brand
• Support local search visibility through consistent content updates
• Monitor reviews, insights, and performance trends

Skills & Experience

• Experience creating content for hotels, hospitality, luxury or lifestyle brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing social-first video and photography
• Experience managing Google Business Profiles
• Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling and detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working on location
