This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our thriving, successful, and happy school team. We seek an enthusiastic, flexible, and committed Deputy Play Leader to join our team of playworkers at one of our campuses. The purpose of this role is to provide a warm, fun, and educational setting for children after their school day and to manage the team of playworkers supporting the provision of extended care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, fun, and educational setting for children after the school day.
- Manage and supervise a team of playworkers to support extended care provision.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and committed to childcare and extended care.
- Experience working with children and managing a care team (ideal).
- Commitment to safeguarding and ability to follow IFtL safeguarding policies and procedures.
Background Check & Safeguarding:
