We seek an enthusiastic, flexible, and committed Deputy Play Leader to join our team of playworkers at one of our campuses.
The purpose of this role is to provide a warm, fun, and educational setting for children after their school day and to manage the team of playworkers supporting the provision of extended care.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, fun, and educational setting for children after the school day.
- Manage and supervise a team of playworkers to support extended care provision.
Qualifications & Skills
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and committed to childcare and extended care.
- Experience working with children and managing a care team (ideal).
- Commitment to safeguarding and ability to follow IFt L safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Background Check & Safeguarding
