The Travel and Tourism Lecturer will be based on site in Weybridge and will be working as part of a team, to deliver a range of high-quality courses and providing qualification and progression opportunities for all learners, within the curriculum area.
About the role:
As Travel and Tourism Lecturer you will have the enthusiasm and drive to deliver a variety of courses for learners in travel and aviation, including cabin crew. Your role will include:
- Teach on a programme of appropriate courses
- Assess, review and record learner progress
- Maintain course and learner records
- To embed employment skills in to the curriculum courses
To fulfil the role of Travel and Tourism Lecturer you will have:
- Degree/HND or relevant professional qualifications & strong industry experience - gained with aviation and cabin crew.
- Experience of working professional within the travel and tourism field
- Teaching qualifications β or be prepared to work towards this with our support
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and be skilled in the use of IT
