About the role: In this vital role, as Deputy Safeguarding Lead, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety, happiness, and academic success of our students. Your role will also include:
- Implement and monitor effective safeguarding policies and procedures
- Provide support and guidance to students experiencing difficulties, including those with SEN
- Liaise with external agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Deliver training and awareness sessions on safeguarding
