Job Title: Paint Masker

Location: India Mill, Darwen

Job Type: Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week over a 4-day week

If you have experience working within an aerospace/manufacturing painting environment, this could be the ideal role for you:

Here is what you can expect to be doing:

Prepare, mask, and de-mask components prior to surface treatment and painting processes

Apply masking materials, including tapes and specialised masking products, with precision

Assist in preparation and finishing processes across all paint areas

Support treatment and paint teams with loading and unloading components

Follow technical instructions and quality standards to ensure compliance with aerospace requirements

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Work safely and in line with company procedures and health & safety guidelines

Previous experience in a paint, masking, or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.

When you are working:

4-day week 07:15 am to 5:00 pm totalling 37 hours weekly.

Overtime is available from Friday to Sunday at premium rates of pay.

Overtime rates after basic hours are 1.5 of your basic hourly rates, and Fridays and Saturdays
