Night Support Worker Mental Health Rehabilitation – Brookhaven & The Hamptons

Location: Bamber Bridge, Preston

Pay: £13.45 per hour with overtime paid at £14.95 per hour

Hours: Full-Time – 38.5 Hours Per Week

7:45pm – 7:45am shifts on a two-week rolling rota:

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Active Pathways is delighted to be recruiting for a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker (Nights) at our mixed gender residential service, Brookhaven and our male only inpatient hospital, The Hamptons, in Bamber Bridge. Brookhaven provides a safe and supportive home for males and females with enduring mental health needs, whilst The Hamptons provides a specialist therapeutic, recovery-focused in-patient care environment for men with complex mental health needs. As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide person-centred care in a rehabilitation setting.

  • Work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team to provide consistent support.
  • Promote independence, self-confidence, and relapse prevention strategies.

Next door, The Hamptons is a 14-bed purpose-built inpatient rehabilitation hospital supporting men with complex mental health needs in a secure, structured environment.
