Full UK Driving Licence Required

Mental Health Rehabilitation – Brookhaven & The Hamptons Bamber Bridge, Preston

Full-Time Day Shifts – 38.5 Hours Per Week

£12.60 per hour / £25,225.20 per year

7:45am – 7:45pm shifts on a two-week rolling rota:

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Please note: Due to insurance requirements, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence that they have held for at least two years and be aged 25 or over. This is because the role involves supporting residents by driving them to medical appointments, community activities, and other external engagements using company vehicles.

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide person-centred care in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Help residents develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals.
  • Support residents with meaningful daily activities and community engagement.
  • Assist with emotional, social, and practical needs.
  • Work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team to provide consistent support.
  • Promote independence, self-confidence, and relapse prevention strategies.

Brookhaven is a 23-bed mixed-gender open rehabilitation service for adults aged 18+, offering recovery-focused care and support for enduring mental health needs. Next door, The Hamptons is a 14-bed purpose-built inpatient rehabilitation hospital supporting men with complex mental health needs in a secure, structured environment.
