Day Support Worker
Location: Millcroft, Seacroft, Leeds
Salary: £13.45 per hour + Overtime (£14.95 per hour)
Hours: Full time, 38.5 hours a week, 7:45am - 7:45pm shifts on a two‑week rolling rota:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

- Support individuals on their journey to recovery through person‑centred care in a residential setting.
- Help residents develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to build positive relationships with residents.
- Provide emotional and practical support to residents.
- Promote engagement in meaningful activities and encourage social inclusion.
- Assist with daily living tasks and support residents in accessing education, employment, and the community.
- Promote independence and self‑confidence, helping residents regain control over their lives.
Experience Required
- Experience within a Mental Health or Residential setting.
- Can build rapport with ease with not only the residents but also the wider team.
- Understanding the importance of offering person‑centered quality care.
