Bank Mental Health Support Worker
Location: Park Place & Millcroft – Seacroft, Leeds
Service Type: Supported Living Service & Step-Down Residential Rehabilitation Service
Contract Type: Bank (0-hour contract) – flexible hours to suit you
Pay Rate: £14.12 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
- Basic hourly rate: £12.60
- Holiday pay: £1.52 (12.07% holiday uplift)
About the Role
Active Pathways is currently seeking dedicated Bank Support Workers to work across Park Place (Supported Living Service) and Millcroft (Step-Down Residential Rehabilitation Service) in Seacroft, Leeds. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards of care by covering staff holidays, absences, or periods of increased service demand – helping to ensure continuity and consistency for our residents.
