Location: Millcroft, Seacroft, Leeds
Salary: £12.60 per hour + Overtime (£14.10 per hour) / £25,225.20 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 38.5 hours a week, 7:45am - 7:45pm shifts on a two-week rolling rota:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Active Pathways are looking for a Daytime Support Worker to join Millcroft House, our Step-Down Residential Rehabilitation service located in Seacroft, Leeds.

As a Support Worker, you will:
- Support individuals on their journey to recovery through person-centred care in a rehabilitation setting.
- Help residents develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to build positive relationships with residents.
- Provide emotional and practical support to residents.
- Promote engagement in meaningful activities and encourage social inclusion.
- Assist with daily living tasks and support residents in accessing education, employment, and the community.
- Promote independence and self-confidence, helping residents regain control over their lives.
Experience Required:
- Experience within a Mental Health or Rehabilitation setting
- Can build rapport with ease with not only the residents but the wider team
- Understanding the importance of offering person-centered quality care
