NEW SERVICE OPENING IN SEPTEMBER – Willow Rise

Location: Droylsden, Manchester
Pay: £15.00 per hour (£16.50 overtime)
Hours: Full-Time – 38.5 Hours Per Week (8am-8pm & 8pm-8am, 2-week rolling rota)
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll combine hands-on care delivery with leadership responsibilities, including:
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred mental health care
- Acting as a role model, setting standards for best practice
- Leading shifts and supporting the day-to-day running of the service
- Supervising and mentoring Support Workers, including induction and development
- Supporting care planning, risk assessments, and clinical documentation
- Promoting recovery through meaningful activity, independence, and social inclusion
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Supporting a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment

- Experience working within a mental health or rehabilitation setting
- Experience supporting or leading others (or ready to step into a senior role)
