Service Administrator - Mental Health

Location: Droylsden, Manchester
Pay: £13.75 per hour (£15.25 per hour overtime)
Hours: Part Time - 20 Hours Per Week

About the Service

Willow Rise is a brand-new residential mental health rehabilitation service in Droylsden. The service is dedicated to helping people rebuild their lives, regain independence, and achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support across the service
  • Support recruitment activities, including vacancy management, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding processes
  • Assist with HR administration, maintaining databases, personnel records, audits, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, MDTs, governance forums, and minute taking activities
  • Support payroll, rota administration, annual leave records, and reporting processes
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, petty cash, and stock ordering activities
  • Act as a welcoming first point of contact for colleagues, residents, visitors, and external professionals
  • Support the implementation and development of digital systems and processes within the service
Qualifications and Experience
  • Has previous administration experience in a busy, fast paced environment
  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Can effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Has strong IT skills and is confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
  • Communicates professionally and builds positive working relationships
  • Demonstrates discretion and handles confidential information appropriately
  • Enjoys working as part of a team while also being able to work independently
