Shift Pattern:

Five days (8-4pm) one week / Four days (8-6pm) second week on a rolling rota including every other weekend.

Your Role as a Head Housekeeper

This is an incredibly varied and rewarding role where you will lead by example, ensuring our service maintains the highest cleanliness, hygiene, and catering standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and supporting the housekeepingteam to create a seamless and efficient service.
  • Ensuring all cleaning and infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe and welcoming home environment.
  • Managing stock levels, placing orders, and conducting monthly stock checks.
  • Creating rotas and carrying out staff supervisions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Upholding the highest Health & Safety, COSHH, and hygiene standards.
