  • Night Support Worker
  • Mental Health Rehabilitation – Brookhaven & The Hamptons

Pay: £13.45per hour with overtime paid at £14.95 per hour
Hours: Full-Time– 38.5 Hours Per Week -

  • 7:45pm – 7:45am shifts on a two-week rolling rota
  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

As a Support Worker, you will

  • Provide person-centred care in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Help residents develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals.
  • Support residents with meaningful daily activities and community engagement.
  • Assist with emotional, social, and practical needs.
  • Work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team to provide consistent support.
  • Promote independence, self-confidence, and relapse prevention strategies.
  • Encourage and support access to education, employment, and leisure opportunities.

  • Experience working within a mental health or rehabilitation setting is essential.
  • Confidence in building rapport with residents and the wider team.
  • A strong understanding of person-centred, quality care.
