Higher Learning Teaching Assistant in Widnes

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team. Our school provides a nurturing, inclusive and supportive environment for pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties, and we are seeking someone who can bring energy, creativity and a genuine commitment to helping every pupil achieve their potential.

As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to support learning, deliver targeted activities and provide high-quality support tailored to individual needs. You will play an important role in promoting pupils' independence, communication, confidence and personal development, helping them to make meaningful progress both in school and beyond.

Actual Salary: £26,170 - £29,374 plus SEN Allowance. Working hours: 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 38 weeks plus 5 inset days – total 39 weeks.
