Pupil Welfare Support Assistant in Widnes

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Pupil Welfare Support Assistant to join our school in Runcorn. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure the wellbeing of our pupils, helping them feel safe, supported, and ready to learn. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone looking for a short daily commitment of 2 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with their welfare and wellbeing throughout the school day

• Assist in maintaining a safe and supportive school environment

• Liaise with teaching and pastoral staff regarding pupil needs

• Provide encouragement and guidance to pupils as required

Actual Salary: £5,630 - £5,691
Working hours: 10 hours per week – 11.30am to 1.30pm – Monday to Friday – 38 weeks per year
