The Global Clients Group (GCG) provides solutions for investors across the Brookfield Asset Management organization. The GCG also manages institutional relationships and raises capital for Brookfield’s private funds and client accounts. The Business Management Team supports processes, data, technology, finance, and operational needs of the GCG. Its key focus areas include a dedicated technology and process project management center, client operations, strategic initiatives, finance and business planning, and a global meeting coordinator team. The team collaborates with all GCG functions and key technology and business stakeholders to deliver strategic and tactical solutions.

Job Purpose

Manage the main calendars and scheduling program for all GCG and fundraising-related prospecting and diligence meetings across multiple asset classes, and for both internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate and execute virtual and in‑person fund‑raise roadshows and other prospective investor meetings and group events with internal stakeholders. Manage investor meeting logistics, including booking rooms, catering, and transportation. Draft meeting agendas and briefing notes and organize meeting materials. Proactively generate monthly and ad‑hoc activity reports as needed. Lead ad‑hoc initiatives to improve operational processes. Demonstrate, over time, awareness of fundamental business principles and an understanding of overall firm structure and objectives to ensure appropriate decision‑making protocols are followed. Remain available and responsive throughout each event and provide on‑site management of events where necessary. Overtime work may be required as needed.
