The Group owns and operates approximately $268 billion of assets representing the most iconic properties in the world's most dynamic markets. • Attending monthly portfolio company performance and quarterly portfolio company board meetings and preparing supporting materials as required
  • Drafting investment committee memorandums and presenting investment recommendations
  • Conducting market research and maintaining industry data across both the living and hospitality sectors on a regular basis

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; knowledge of another European language is an advantage (preferably French, German, Spanish, Greek or Italian)
  • Project planning and self-management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail is essential
  • Proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
