Brookfield Renewable Energies Ltd is growing – and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Sales & Support Representative to join our friendly, fast-paced team.

Etablished in 2016, we help homeowners across the North of England take control of their energy bills through high-quality solar installations and maintenance. As part of our continued growth, we’re now looking for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about great customer service.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Making warm and cold calls to new and existing customers with solar systems
  • Promoting our solar servicing and maintenance packages
  • Using our CRM to track conversations and customer information
  • Booking services via our internal booking system
  • Answering inbound calls and supporting general enquiries
  • Assisting the wider team with admin tasks when needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in sales or customer support
  • Confident on the phone and comfortable talking to new people
  • Able to meet targets and deadlines
  • A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Organised, efficient, and reliable
