Brookfield Renewable Energies Ltd is growing – and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Sales & Support Representative to join our friendly, fast-paced team.
Etablished in 2016, we help homeowners across the North of England take control of their energy bills through high-quality solar installations and maintenance. As part of our continued growth, we’re now looking for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about great customer service.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making warm and cold calls to new and existing customers with solar systems
- Promoting our solar servicing and maintenance packages
- Using our CRM to track conversations and customer information
- Booking services via our internal booking system
- Answering inbound calls and supporting general enquiries
- Assisting the wider team with admin tasks when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in sales or customer support
- Confident on the phone and comfortable talking to new people
- Able to meet targets and deadlines
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Organised, efficient, and reliable
What you’ll get:
