Electrical project manager required for a well-established, family-run M&E contractor based in Essex with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London and Essex. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team and take the lead on a range of CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage electrical packages on commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion
  • Oversee site teams and subcontractors
  • Manage budgets, variations, and cost control
  • Liaise directly with clients and main contractors
  • Ensure all works are carried out to a high standard
  • Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
  • Attend site meetings and provide progress reports

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial fit-outs (CAT A/B)
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
