A Electrical Supervisor is required for a high end residential project based in Wandsworth London, The Project consists of 300 units and our client is doing the new build install M&E and a Electrical Supervisor is required manily supervisor sub contractors.
Duties as the Electrical Supervisor
- Make sure all work is carried out to a high finish.
- Toolbox Talk
- Monitoring Progress + Programme & schedule meeting
- Inspection for snagging + client sign off
- Involvement in design meetings
- Reading drawings, advising errors + addressing diagrams
- Ensuring works is of a high standard adhering to health & safety
- Ensuring Health & Safety process is implemented
- Planning of electrical works on site to meet builders programme.
- Organisation of Sub contractors on site.
- Weekly site meetings
- Assist the project managers on site
- Our client is looking to pay £300 - £340 per day or £65,000 - £75,000 + Package
