We are seeking an experineced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 150 unit high end residential project in Wandsworth, London.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Electrical Project Manager to take full ownership of a residential project from start through to final handover.

As the Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the electrical package throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the electrical installation from project commencement through to completion and client handover.
  • Lead and coordinate all electrical subcontractors and site teams.
  • Attend and lead site meetings with the client, consultants, main contractor and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all electrical works comply with current regulations, specifications and health & safety requirements.
  • Manage procurement of materials and coordinate deliveries.
  • Oversee commissioning, testing and final snagging.
  • Progress reports
  • Resolve technical issues and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager delivering residential or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical building services installations.
