Mechanical Site Manager is required for a Commercial project based in Oxford. The company's main scope of works is commercial, leisure and healthcare projects.
We are looking for a Mechanical Site Manager who has experience in commercial and can supervise/manage the full mechanical package. I am looking for a candidate who can show and has completed a number of projects from start to completion.
Your Duties will be:
- Organising the work of all subcontractors
- LTHW, CHW, CCHW, pipe fitting, pumps, valves, FCUs, Ventilation, Ductwork, toilets, sinks, taps, radiators and all associated mechanical duties
- Know the process of the handover of apartments including HIUs β MVHRs β first fix plumbing and finals.
- Quality control
- Health and Safety
- Ordering of materials on site
- Computer Literate use of Word, Excel and other programmes
- Read Programmes
- Giving toolbox talks
- Managing different mechanical trades
- Client progression meetings
- Completing daily reports for clients
- Producing method statements and risk assessments
