A Mechanical Supervisor is required for a leading M&E contractor with a turnover in excess of £80m. Our client has won a large new build commercial project based in Cambridge which is set to run for 24 months. We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor who has previously worked on commercial or healthcare projects. This is an immediate start, but we are willing to wait a notice period of 4 weeks for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Ordering of materials including plant
- Supervising a team of 15
- Managing all aspects of the full mechanical package
- Assisting the project manager on site
- Working from drawings
- Toolbox talks
- Health & Safety
- Overseeing the subcontractors
- Attending meetings
- QA and snagging
