Health & Safety Advisor in Bristol

Health & Safety advisor required. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking large M&E contractor with a strong commitment to health, safety and environmental performance. You will work closely with project management and site teams to maintain high standards, promote a positive safety culture and ensure full compliance throughout the project. Health & Safety advisor duties * Conduct regular site inspections, audits and safety observations * Advise project teams on health and safety legislation and best practice * Review and assist with RAMS, construction phase plans and safe systems of work * Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, producing clear reports and corrective actions * Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements * Maintain accurate health and safety records and documentation * Attend project meetings and provide practical advice to management * Drive continuous improvement and encourage a proactive safety culture Opportunity * To work on a 5 year project in Bristol * Competitive salary and benefits package * Long-term career development within a growing M&E contractor * Supportive working environment with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement Please apply or contact Brookfield M&E to discuss in more detail
