A Mechanical Project Manager is required for a Fit Out M&E contractor with a turnover in excess of £20m. Brookfield M&E are currently representing a London based M&E contractor who specialise in commercial fit out CAT A/ B Fit Out projects throughout London and surrounding areas. These projects can range in values from £500k – £3m. We are looking for a well-rounded and knowledgeable Mechanical Project Manager to work on a commercial project based in London.
Duties:
- Building relationships with clients
- Programme current and future works
- Technical reviews
- Manage site team/sub-contractor
- Attend/arrange client/internal meetings
- Implement health and safety procedure
- Budget control
- Monthly progress reporting
- Implement QA procedures
- Main point of contact / representative on site
- Managing mechanical package
- Working alongside the electrical team
- Procuring plant and materials
- Negotiating with suppliers
