M&E Buyer

M&E Buyer required for a leading M&E Contractor based In Essex who deliver large M&E projects on high end residential developments throughout the UK. Due to continued growth we are looking for a M&E buyer to join the procurement team. Training and development will also be offered depending on experience. * Source and procure materials and equipment * Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors * Checking stock of items * Call off schedules, keeping them up to date and correct * Negotiating Prices * Plant hire schedules, keeping track of all plant * Raise purchase orders . * Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical materials and equipment. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Keep track of spreadsheets If the above M&E Buyer position is of interest please apply or contact Brookfield M&E to discuss in more detail
