Electrical Project Manager

Electrical Project Manager required. We\’re seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical installation package on a large mixed-use development in Hackney. The successful candidate will take ownership of the electrical works across 120 new-build apartments and 16 commercial units, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all electrical installation works across the project
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, site procedures, and industry standards
• Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and progress
• Liaise with main contractors, site management, consultants, and suppliers
• Monitor programme schedules
• Conduct quality checks, inspections, and ensure all documentation is up to date
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management

Qualifications

• Poven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on residential and/or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and regulations
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractor teams effectively
• ECS/CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred)

Our client is looking to pay £400 – £425 per day
