You will be the go‑to technical specialist, ensuring high‑quality, safe, and compliant maintenance of building systems.
This is a mobile role where you will support several buildings, lead on complex issues, and ensure smooth operation across your designated patch.
Key Responsibilities Deliver planned and reactive electrical and building services maintenance across multiple Central London sites.
Act as the technical lead, supporting site teams with troubleshooting, capacity planning, and system optimisation.
Diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively to minimise downtime.
Ensure all work complies with statutory requirements, health & safety standards, and internal procedures.
Coordinate maintenance tasks and provide guidance to engineers and contractors.
