Overview
In this role you will support the Finance Manager by delivering accurate financial reporting, analysis, and operational support for the business unit. You will help maintain data integrity, support P&L reporting, and provide financial insight to drive performance. You will lead regional Contract Support teams and act as the financial contact for internal stakeholders, enabling cross-regional collaboration and continuous improvement. This position offers exposure to a dynamic contract lifecycle and opportunities to shape financial processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a regional Contract Support team, align objectives with contract billing, and promote process consistency across regions.
- Generate financial and statistical reports to support decision-making and help implement KPIs and financial measures.
- Conduct trend analysis to provide insights on financial and operational performance and ensure data integrity in financial systems.
- Support preparation of P&L reporting and provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
- Serve as the primary financial contact for internal inquiries and resolve stakeholder questions in a timely manner.
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (CIMA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or finance management
- Experience producing financial reports supporting operational decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Experience with financial reporting systems
- Power BI and Tableau experience desirable
